I entered the BODY BALANCE class and Oh my! Stretch here and there, trying to strike balance then The worse thing happen, My leg kick the person behind me. I turn behind to say sorry and she stare in disbelief at me. Am I in such a sorry state or what?
My whole body was aching and I can't follow the steps simultaneouly with everyone else ( I am a newbie ma) Then I dunno why I became so ambitious and went to take the next class of PRECISION CYCLING. It was HELL!!!!!! I wanted to escape but the dearest fit coach-tress keep telling to continue. She was keeping an eye on me! (Small Girl what..Vulnerable ok..)

There's nothing more tiring than this. 1 hr of torture but something kept me going on: ONE CUTE HUNK YANDAO CYCLING BESIDE ME!
It was great after the workout. Heating up in the steambath - Love the water droplets, Love the heat, Love the fog inside, Love the sweat, Love being alone there. Winding up in the heat. Sensation
Now peeps! U must be wondering what gym I went to? None other than Fitness First
