Have you thought about your future?:: My boss is back from Chicago and counting the days in the company, it's been almost a YEAR! Oh Gosh...Time really flies and before I could anticipate anything, it did not allow to stop and think about my career, my future, my studies, my youth, my time.... 20 years I am, coming to 21. Just like everyone else, I wish to further my studies. As mentioned earlier in my blogs, I wish to study in Australia (Queensland Institute in Technology - Media Communications) after my 1.5 years Certificate in Visual Communications. It's a Self Fulfilment thing. My Boss pop out another alternative: He wish to sponsor my Bachelor Degree to do in Singapore. To do with Indiana University Bloomington - Bachelor in General Studies and declare major. If you would understand about the US system, U need to do 40 subjects to get a Bachelor Degree. With Our local Diploma, We can get upto 20 subjects exemptions and 20 left to do. This will take another 1 - 1.5 years. US system Degrees are so flexi that allows you to choose the subjects ranging from Philosophy, Psychology, Anthropology, Business, Communications so on and so forth. Depends on you want for your combination. Countless Majors, Emphases, Specialisations. Jack of all trades, Masters of One if you want. It will add up to S$25,000 and I can transfer to on-campus residency. Indiana University Bloomington is ranked no. 38 in the US First-Tier and no. 23 for its Business courses - Kelley School of Business. SUNY Buffalo is no. 52 (2nd Tier) If you would need information on rankings, Let me know. I have the latest 2004. Super niche..Few have this degree. US Degrees Best...Great...WAOLA! After this Degree, My parents sponsor for my Masters to go over US to do it and it will take another 2 years to complete 12 - 15 subjects and I can transfer my Bachelor Credits to University of California and taking credits in Singapore and finish semester there. All in All it will take about US$30,000 - 50,000 for Masters by 25, I would have a Masters. Maximum Exposure. Will get a job in US during Summer Holidays (3 months in US). I could even find a job there. In US, Learning is SO much different. Trust me peeps! Different from AUSTralia, UK, Singapore (DUH) What a well-niche employment status I will acquire.
