At 5.57pm now I am in the office. My working hours are from 9am - 3pm today on a freaking SATurday.
This morning got SLAMMED AND DAMNED by one of my colleagues. Ang-Moh colleagues are Never NICe to work with. They complain, complain and complain and only know how to have high demands but no reflection on themselves.
I never had a chance to rebuke back. The issue: The simplest minor thing you can think of. Some client commented Sales consultant have SUCKY follow-ups, SUCKY customer service. I followed up with the client and I send him all the emails but he maligned NOPE U DIN
PROOF OF INNOCENCE. SILENCE but juz a reply 'Thanks'
Guess what? He is not a superior. Hierarchy here is Super FLAT, No Levels to compete on.
Everyone is the same so where's my share of fairness here?
Today is definitely SAtisfaction: closed another 2 sales today.

Marketing deals with output, spends the money. Everything based on market historical data, assumptions and estimations. At the end of the day, things don't tally: Marketers get the SHIT!
Sales Deals with input, Earns the money. To company's advantage. Excellent frontline exposure. Commission $$$$$ :P Communication crucial and we jus need to polish our asses
Oh yes...It's true peeps. Sales will get the shit when quotas are not met but rewards we gain as well.
Sales is a gift, Marketing is creating the gift.
