Life is so difficult to deal with Social, Work, Studies and Family.
Mediacorp Radio has been quite fulfiling. Still undergoing training and cool perks keep me going. Media INdustry is really very busy and the hierarchies differs so much but everyone work in Harmony (I hope it looks on the surface).
The top management are very nice and humble. I met the COEs, Managers, Secretaries, Department Managers and their Directors, Executives. TOo many faces to remember, TOo many names to take note. My dept alone has 67 faces to remember. Gosh... Administrator have to liaise with so many Departments and radio Stations (11 of them). I juz hope I wun be blur or calling people the wrong names! That's the worse thing that could happen really.
I saw the djs and shook hands with Florence Lian. She's the English Programming Senior General Manager who sits on top with the COE. U must be thinking she's some arrogant lady but nahz, She's very nice to even a small fry like me.
Corporate Culture it should be. Everyone have to be capable to be on top. Mediacorp HR always reminding us with mini cards in our wallets (at all times). Everything is so systematic and organised. I hope I could survive the tough. As the tough gets going.
