I went for California Fitness Gym 2 weeks' trial and tried out body pump and boxercise. I nearly fainted!
I guess I've long been not working out and it was very exhausting for me that day. My legs were aching and I juz can't continue with the energetic and so called 'pro' or lao jiaos.. as well as I was rather conscious on how I was working like... terrible!
hehee.... but the steambath was all worth it :P Should I join to work out with Kenneth? Stress..sweat.. scare wasting all the money. I must agree with kenneth that to join gym must join classes or else whats the point of juz running on track mill? I might as well run in the park with sceneries and fresh air to breathe in
it was on the 7th day of my grandmother's death that i went to the gym so i went home and slept like log... all was well :)
have u ever wondered if your loved one came back to look for you?
will u ever shun though u really wish to feel his/her presence again? I guess I was taunted by this question.
"she loved u and she will nv hurt u" but who isn't scare of the unfamiliar encounter with a supernatural one even.
No idea if it really did happen, i guess i will be scared stiff. appear in my dreams - good enough. a sweet one preferably...
I dreamt of her in a hospital so unknown... by her deathbed side and she request to c my father one last time b4 she moved on.... but she went off without. next moment, she revived in the dream and when I called out her name, she gave me a big broad smile :) and soon I heard my father rushing towards the room. the dream ended there.
did she really came into my dream? was her smile assuring she's happy wherever she is? or could it be thoughts from the day brought this dream?
No matter what it is, i felt her and it feels bitter sweet + tears of memories & Love....
