I was watching CHannel U juz now for almost 2 hrs because I was bored and restless. Channel U has revamped so much and I've been seeing Channel U stars in and out in mediacorp.
Weekends are so precious given the nature of my job. It's also a timeout to everything.
I would like to share about this program hosted by xiao zhu and xiao hei: tv something something. I am not those kind into taiwan variety shows or watsoever.
they had the kisskiss mission at the 1st part. okie NOT so interesting. the next is something that captured me.
they were on this mission to find the son of a mother who was partly crippled and has lost her husband in a fatal accident.
What really happened to her son? Apparently, he did not go home for almost 3 months and she was worried. He was only 19 yrs old.
They went to seek for his frenz and asked him. he was hostile but gave in. when they got there, he changed job to work in a HOTEL.
Actually I dun c the big deal with working in a HOTEL. this HOTEL is ain't ordinary. before confrontation to the area, they asked one of the filming crew to check out the area. Very cheesy place. The filming crew said he did not see anyone like in the photo. well, they did not give up hope so they left the van to ask.
The securities were taken aback and reacted strongly to tell the camera stop rollin' the boss came out and they explained tactfully. Soon, AH Cheng(son) came out!
he told them to leave. He wun go home to see his mother. Finally he relently agreed to go home tml afternoon. of coz, happy mother is really excited and cooking his fave dishes. SOOOOOOOO touching.. sobz
but he never came......
she was devastated. she threw all the food away. seeing her situation, still xiao zhu and xiao hei DID not give up hope! THey decided to bring her to find him at his hse the next day.
they instructed people to find his address and bring her to him in the night. he was shocked and started to shout. he keep saying NONE OF UR BUSINESS! he was really TOO much i tell u! He had a ger in the room and the mother was heartbroken.
Xiao hei and Xiao zhu keep scolding him to come to his senses.. it's his MOTHER they are there for. nonetheless, he started to push xiao hei and tell them to leave. Accidentally, he pushed his mother while trying to flee with his so called ger. Xiao zhu say...SHE's UR mother, U should be taking care of her and she's not mobile either.
His mother started weeping. He finally showed a tint of remorse. True or fake.. I dunno. but it's sure a DRAMA.
Xiao hei & Xiao Zhu left the house. left the family affair to settle itself. Xiao hei told that he juz lost his father and he understand he should cherish his mother. Xiao zhu added to state that it's no use having a grand funeral and cherished the person after losing the person. the best time is to cherish while they are still ALIVE. both of them tell in front of the camera to everyone to cherish their loved ones and give a call back home.
someday, somehow u will never noe what will happen.
it's really sad when he said there, reminds me of my grandmother funeral when my mum said that to me and my sis... I too started weeping. I missed her.... can't imagine... but I am happy she's gone to somewhere better. Meanwhile I will cherish my family because they are all that I have....
