Recently I read an article from HER WORLD magz regarding...
guys who always go on dutch when going out on 1st dates or even with their loved ones. they are successful and rich. some are even worse to ask to spilt for parking fees, condoms, Dinners etc and one instance is a DOCTOR? so why resort to this and does 22.50 really matter in their eyes?
Now i really know what it means when:
"the rich gets richer..."
TO ME, at least in my eyes... I believe it's a true gentleman to pay the BASICS: movies or entertainment and food.
the rest, we pay.. for our own enjoyment and pleasure.
is it too much to ask for? if it really chokes up bills to clear at the end of the month, should women juz spare the men? DePends... is the MAN working?.... able to afford.
NO misers for me definitely. I mean to be factual.. I need a man who can support my future family, my future expenses in the house, my future kids, my future finance burden like household expenses, house, car.. u name it...Not that he forks 3/4 of his pay out on this miscellaneous but if as a bf or a lover, hes not willing to pay this 'small' substantial amount, what makes me able to believe he's the ONE i wanna spend the rest of my life is?
MIND U.. I am not a demanding ger who asked for 5cs. neither am i ger who wish to live in a MORE THAN 5 room flat, live in a MORE THAN comfortable life, spend MORE THAN an average new age woman. I think im pretty contented easily. Practical to each her own.
Singapore - HIGHer standard of living has lead us to become like this. OK and i mean purely MINUS off BRANDED goods or even the simple luxury we yearn for. women - we need to be pampered so is men.
but to what extend? in the article, it even state about this guy coming up with a FUN BOX to place $200 every month by both and use that for future trips and outings. OK sounds reasonable. but isn't it a lit' cheapo?
DUN guys feel the RISE in STATUS when they take out cash or card to pay? DUn they juz feel taking in control of the situation like 'HEY I CAN, CAN U?' the question:
U MEAN THEY FEEL THE PINCH? okie selfishness? to rather spend on themselves...than a woman they love, a woman worth spending for? some say they do not wish the lady to take for granted and not being AUTOMATIC.
ONCE START (poppiNG & burning), IT'S hard to stop.
my mother taught me not to spoil the rod(men) and allow them to pay.
it's our right... women's right. Not materialistic.... neither realistic its TYPIC
PS: Enjoy it, praise it, embrace it, love it - IT refers to LIFE. cheers!
