Here's my Plan: I signed up for Shanghai Summer Program from 28 May - 23 June to go there and study in Shanghai University "Business Management in China"
I am really so excited becoz I have heard so much abt Shanghai from my father, cheryl, Lainez and I can't imagine I am finally going there with a bunch of ntu people? abt 10 of them and thanks for informing me, jacky.
My mummy is so nice. "Darling, whatever U want, I will Support U :)" My mummy is the best :P
NTU has many overseas programS: 1. INSTEP - 6 mths study exchange program - I am going to try for USA! when I am in yr 2 2nd sem or either yr 3 3rd sem 2. GIP aka Global Immersion Program - 6 mths study and work program. this is really fun.. u work and study at the same time. cheryl in Beijing seems to be doing well and it's really a good experience.
Imagine the amount of exposure. a Lifetime experience.
Daniel is going to Shanghai next sem and Hopefully, 3 of us are going to meet up in China (cheryl: I will try to go beijing k?else u come to shanghai la :P & Daniel: though I din say out loud, I will definitely miss u lots when U r there! noone to disturb le, hehehe)
Actually when I was having my exams, I was applying for jobs from Career@mall NTU website
I got this internship job offer from Stats Chippac for this project "customer trends and characteristics" and I must say I was really impressed with the company. the manager scrutinised me all the way and ask some really direct questions but Lynette pull it off :P
sadly, I have to reject it because of the shanghai program and therefore, I informed them. I thought it might as well just end my opportunity working for that company. though it's a very engineering environment but if the pay and prospects are promising, why not?
give myself more opportunities to explore!
I am young, youthful and vibrant (ok dun puke!) I should juz hop on to anyone who is willing to give me the 1 CHANCE. and as 23, I should noe what's good for me..
Ya, money doesn't matter. passion does. but being green, do I noe what's the BEST for me? so many industries I have not touched on. so many companies with vast career options. what's my core Platform?
waiting..... or maybe waiting to be ENLIGHTEN!
then wHat happen to Stats Chippac? the Corporate Director called me up and asked me further why I rejected the offer after the hassle of screening candidates. to be frank, I was at 1st taken aback and really beginning to wonder have I offended the wrong person now?
but! I was stunned!
the Corporate Director (supposedly to be overall in charge of HR) told me over the phone, he is going to offer me to work in Shanghai after my exchange program ends.
awestruck, am I hearing things? he adds on,"dun worry we can arrange for u! and tell me what kind of areas U would like to work in your internship in Shanghai, email kelly ya?"
It was like striking toto! (though I nv strike b4) but I was really thankful. SHould i take this best shot?
nneth was encouraging and it makes me wonder, "dun he miss me?" gosh I was having a short of mixed feeling, shouldn't I be happy my bf is so supportive?
yet, I miss him, my frenz, family and can't wait to juz come back?
then again, I noe I will regret.
but what if, he is upto something no good? taking me to SELL? I noe I worth alot alright. I am proud to announce that :)

shanghai is for sure but to work there - my doubts. Let's see what they can arrange for me and I shall see :D

today, I discover a terrible thing.
the nest was RIPPED APART and taken to somewhere hidden near the rooftop! gosh.. I was so sad when I saw the nest becoming into tiny bits and pieces...
the hall auntie told me, it must be the cat that always come up to our level and must have took it down and maybe:
